Pain with movement, intimacy, or daily activities
Constipation, pain with defection
What to Expect
Comprehensive Assessment – We’ll explore your symptoms, history, and goals and evaluate whether pelvic floor care may be right for you.
Hands-On Treatment – Depending on your needs and comfort, care may include myofascial and visceral manipulation, breathwork, neuromuscular retraining, and gentle manual therapy (both external and internal techniques).
Somatic & Nervous System Support – The pelvic floor is deeply linked to emotional and autonomic regulation. Sessions may incorporate guided awareness, nervous system downregulation techniques, and mindfulness practices to support deeper healing.
Collaboration & Referrals – If additional support is needed, referrals to a pelvic floor physical therapist, pelvic floor physiatrist or other specialists may be recommended to complement your care.
Holistic pelvic floor care is not just about symptom relief—it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that fosters strength, ease, and resilience.
